It’s that time of year!  Friends and family are gathering to celebrate the holidays.  Serve them these festive, guilt-free spirits.  High in holiday cheer, low in calories.

Skinny Cranberry Punch

Skinny Cranberry Punch

Try the skinny, holiday version of your usual vodka cranberry!  This low-cal option is great for serving at holiday gatherings.  It’s a sweet drink but it can be made extra tart by squeezing in lemon.  It’s a true a crowd-pleaser!  Throw on your Metallic Pleated Skirt and serve this fun drink at your holiday party!

Ingredients:

64 ounces light cranberry juice (1 jug)

2 cups low sugar orange juice

1 cup pineapple juice

1 lemon

28 ounces diet ginger ale

½ cup lemon juice

½ cup Splenda

5 ounces vodka

Cranberries for garnish

Directions:

Chill all items for 1-2 hours before making.  Combine cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, ginger ale, lemon juice, Splenda and vodka in a large bowl.  Stir until Splenda is completely dissolved.  Add ice.  Cut lemon into slices.  Add to bowl.  Add cranberries to please.

Gin Rosemary Fizzy

Gin Rosemary Fizzy

For the another super skinny concoction, try the Gin Rosemary Fizzy!  The fresh taste of rosemary and lemon diffuse within the gin.  Compared to many holiday drinks, the fizzy is incredibly light.  Pair this drink with the adorable Ruby Sequin Dress for a fun and flirty night out.

Ingredients:

2 one-inch sprigs fresh rosemary

1 freshly squeezed lemon

½ teaspoon honey

1 ½ ounces gin

3 ounces club soda

Directions:

Combine rosemary lemon juice and honey.  Mix the ingredients together.  Add gin, stir.  Add ice, stir. Add club soda.

Red Wine Hot Chocolate

Red Wine Hot Chocolate

Enjoy all the wonderful sweet and savory flavors of the holidays with this cup of joy.  This drink is for those who enjoy a pallet of rich, sweet tastes.  Could there be a more perfect drink? Ingredients:

1 cup dark chocolate chips

3 cups red wine (about 1 bottle)

4 ½ cups skim milk

Directions:

Combine chocolate chips and milk in pot over medium heat.  Stir together until chocolate chips are melted.  Add red wine to pot and whisk all ingredients together.  Add marshmallows if desired. Serve warm.

Skinny Egg Nog

Skinny Eggnog

Enjoy this classic holiday drink without the guilt!  This low-calorie version will be sure to put you into the holiday spirit!  Be the hostest with the mostest this season.  Serve this festive drink to your friends and wear the Blush Beaded Trim Tunic.

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

1 egg white

1 teaspoon cornstach

1/3 cup sugar

6 ounces rum

Optional (cinnamon & nutmeg to taste)

Directions:

Turn on stove to medium heat.  Combine almond milk and vanilla.  Bring to simmer.  Add cornstarch, sugar, egg whites and eggs into a bowl.  Mix together.  Add small amounts of egg to the almond milk mixture until two mixtures combined.  Stir together for about 6 minutes.  Let cool.  Add gin.  Stir together. Add whipped topping if desired.  Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
